Abderrahmane KEFALI | université 8 Mai 1945 Guelma

My name is Abderrahmane Kefali. I was born in April 15th, 1985 in Drean-El Tarf, Algeria. I was educated in Badji Mokhtar - Annaba University, Algeria, where i obtained the diploma of State Engineer in Computer Science, option: Artificial Intelligence, in 2007, the Magister degree in computer science in jully 2010, and the Ph.D degree in computer science in december 2015.

I worked as a Temporary Assistant Professor in the department of Sciences and Technology of Badji Mokhtar - Annaba University, Algeria, from 2008 to 2011, and the department of Economic Sciences at the same university in the academic year 2010/2011.

I am currently an associate Professor at the department of Computer Science of the University of 8 May 1945, Guelma, Algeria, since october 2011, and i have the rank of Senior Lecturer Class B from December 2015.

I am also member of LabGED laboratory of Badji Mokhtar - Annaba University, Algeria.

My principal interests include: document image analysis, image processing, pattern recognition, machine learning, Arabic handwriting recognition, artificial intelligence, and information retrieval.
